Booking & payment

A 30% deposit is charged at the time of booking. The balance is collected 14 days before arrival. Payment is handled by Stripe via our booking provider Smoobu.

Cancellation

Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival — the full amount is refunded. Cancellations between 14 and 7 days receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable. We recommend travel insurance.

Check-in & check-out

Check-in is from 4 pm, check-out by 11 am. Late check-out is possible on request, subject to availability.

Damages

A refundable security deposit of €250 is pre-authorised on your card 48 hours before arrival and released after check-out.
