Who we are

Casa Olhos de Água is operated by a private individual host registered as an Alojamento Local in Albufeira, Portugal. You can reach us at stay@casaolhosdeagua.pt.

What we collect

When you book, Smoobu (our reservation provider) collects your name, email, phone number, and payment details. We do not store your card information — Stripe handles all payments. This site itself uses no analytics and sets no tracking cookies. We store a single functional cookie, "preferred_locale", to remember your language choice.

Your rights (GDPR)

You may request a copy of your booking data or ask us to delete it at any time by emailing stay@casaolhosdeagua.pt. We respond within 30 days.

Third parties

Smoobu (booking engine), Stripe (payments), and our email provider may process limited data for the sole purpose of managing your reservation. Maps are rendered locally using OpenStreetMap data — no data is sent to Google.
